You know, it could be helfpful if the plugins repository available at http://www.geoshell.org/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=22&func=select&id=11 would be made to contain a description of each plugin.

As it is right now -- just a names-list, reqlly -- I cannot expect that a person would be able to know what any of those plugins is actually for, without having heard of it through the grapevine.

I know, it would occasion some administrative burden, for either the plugin developer or the plugin reporter.

On the upside: People might actually be able to determine, right off, what extra functionality is provided by any of the available plugins.

I say this while knowing that this is a project driven on volunteer work.

I'm going to take that down completely.  I can't stand Remository and it's constant breaking of the database with each new release.  The plugin descriptions are here: http://docs.geoshell.org/display/R4/GeoShell+Plugins and most of them should have the plugins attached.  If they don't, let me know and I'll add them.  Sorry.
